The answer depends on how the rest of Spring Training progresses. If all of the likely starters (Z, Lilly, Hill, Prior & Marquis) are healthy, and Miller proves to be healthy as well, I think the Cubs should trade him. However, I can see reasons why Hendry will wait. If Wuertz's soreness is more serious than initially thought, they may choose to shut him down for a while and stick Miller in the bullpen as insurance against an injury with Prior or someone else on the staff (they may choose this option even if Wuertz and Novoa are both healthy because they still have options). The way I see it, Hendry may be very reluctant to trade away a healthy pitcher because he's been caught short-handed too often over the last few seasons. It's a good problem to have... The more I think about it, the more surprised I'd be if Hendry trades a healthy Miller in ST. He will probably want to see a few, Regular Season, starts from Prior before making a decision. If everything goes well, I could see Miller being traded by May.
