Details? Len & Dan were interviewing Cliff. He's excited about being a Cub (he grew up a fan). Admitted to being happy to be around young guys (Pie & Murton)--says he's rooting for them and he's happy about the versatility of the team. Also said that he enjoys Lou's personality... Lou got after him for muffing some plays in the outfield. He said he went in early the next day to catch some balls out there. He seems like a nice guy.

Didn't he used to throw the ball MUCH MUCH harder than that? Yes he was at 95-97 last year. a lot of 97s. he sucked at those numbers, think what he does at mid 80's. He topped out at 87 today. Someone mentioned an "accident" earlier..what was that about...and my God..10MPH off his fast ball for a guy who only had his speed going for him in the first place... He was in a relatively minor car accident in the DR during the offseason. His arm/shoulder was sore as a result.
