I love the West Coast games... I work until 10:30PM Central nightly, so I get to catch the last 3-4 innings at the local watering hole of my choice, or in sparkling HD at home.

I don't even think he'll be at the park today, if I understood the article correctly. Wait, why? What article? Whatever article or post or whatever it was that I saw he was going to be with his wife and kid today and not in the lineup. I find it weird he'll be available to PH. But that would mean that the only people we would have off the bench would be Edmonds, Fontenot, Blanco, and I guess Z

If he nets us Sabathia, I will not miss him Any Sabathia deal should hinge on him signing to an extention, otherwise he's not worth Pie. I disagree enormously, considering Sabathia would make us the favorites to win the World Series. Didn't Nomar make us the favorites to win the WS in 2004?

Don't mind having another arm in the pen for the next week or so. I would have preferred to see Ascanio back, but know that it's not "legal" to do so at this moment. After next Monday's off day, I would think that Hart/Cotts will go back to AAA with Ward activated and/or Pie/Hoff recalled? -
