I understand where you're both coming from, as far as outs being precious. But I can't change my mind on this...agree to disagree? I've always just been a fan of bunts (in good context), hit and runs, hitting to the right side, the small things. Obviously they should be used in moderation. But putting pressure on an opposing teams' defense is an unquantifiable thing, and it does make a difference. Add to that that we face a young pitcher tonight, prone to panicking probably, and small ball seems even more productive in my opinion. But we all want the Cubs to win, bottom line, and we NEED to at least take one game in this hell hole of a stadium. I got money on this game, too. Please be good Z and not bad Z. Go Cubs!!
