So far... - Marcus Hatley with another terrible outing: 2.0 IP, 7 H, 5 ER, 5 R, 1 BB, 0 SO, 2 HR, for a 5.42 ERA. I think it's time to remove him from the rotation (if not release him!). - Rebel Ridling and Kyler Burke with their 9th and 7th HR's on the season, respectively. - Dan McDaniel allowed a few baserunners today: 5.0 IP, 8 H, 4 ER, 3 R, 3 BB, 1 SO, 0 HR, 4.28 ERA - Jeremy Papelbon with a nice start for Tennessee: 5.0 IP, 3 H, 1 ER, 1 R, 0 BB, 5 SO, 0 HR, 3.36 ERA (He has climbed up my prospect list a bit this year - ignore his April numbers and he has had a solid year in AA. He's a bit old, but he's lefty!) - Esmailing Caridad was a little wild at first, but settled down to have a nice outing: 5.0 IP, 5 H, 1 ER, 1 R, 3 BB, 3 SO, 0 HR, 4.25 ERA (and he singled as well). (He might not be done yet.) - Tony Campana was caught stealing (only his 9th CS to go with 43 SB this year - 79% SB%) I think he could be used as a B/C-level prospect in a trade. I'm not sure he will hit at Tennessee or above - he's a 23-year old slap hitter with a low OBP. - The lower half of Daytona's lineup getting it done today: Chirinos is 2-for-2, Wyatt scored after reaching on a FC, Vitters scored after a single, M. Gonzalez doubled them both home.
