Yeah that's a bum deal, but very good for the franchise going forward. I'm sure there will be a lot of excitement anyway with new division and new opponents. Good for that team. In other news, I saw that one of the sisters (not sure which, don't care) played 22 seconds last night in order to extend his "iron man" streak. Lame.

That's just amazing. Fighting for your life and you get steamrolled by Edmonton at home. There's a reason I thought MN was the best potential first round opponent for the Hawks.

Detroit isn't in yet. They have the tie breaker over Lumbus. If Columbus beats Nashville and Detroit losses in regulation against Dallas, then Blue Jackets are in I haven't looked closely but my best case is Jackets get in, just because I like them and it would be good for the franchise, and MN stays in 8th. Would much rather face the Wild.

He's played quite a bit. Hasn't done anything worth noting, but he looks to be holding his own. Decent skater for sure. You could argue he caused the first Edmonton goal, but otherwise he's been okay. Yeah. He had a hell of a shift his last shift on though. Kid looks decent. He's been getting better as the game goes on, for sure.

It's not even newsworthy. Who cares. They spent a surprising amount of time talking about it on NHL Radio this morning and I keep seeing references to it on Twitter. I think it's just whiny Vancouver folks trying to keep it going.
