    His handling of the bullpen hasn't been good - but he's also had to deal with 2 fire sales - which if hadn't occurred would've had a better record. The longer term approach mindset says the fire sale had to happen to restock. At the end of the day - it's a business and he shouldn't be shocked if he's let go at the end of this year.
