    Lazy? Besides, if you think he's a piece of [expletive], it's nice that you still show him respect and call him "Mister." Yes, that kind of error by a major league outfielder is very much a lazy error. He's always been bad at fielding ground balls as an IFer or an OFer. It's less laziness and more just a weakness. No, that's a weakness based in laziness. It's a routine play he consistently screws up due to a lack of focus, which is laziness on a baseball field, as opposed to ability. Eh, whatever. I'm not going to get worked up over the semantics. He's not going to get better at handling those at this point in his career.

    Seriously, when he's not hitting there's not a more useless player in baseball. During his current slump, hes been brutal even by Bad Soriano standards. Yeah, he's really putting all of those useful slumping hitters out there to shame.

    It's pretty obvious from all the footage that the ump bumped Carlos first and Z essentially pushed the ump's arm away with his arm as it was pressing against him. THE GATORADE MACHINE STILL WORKS.

    I was much more concerned he was out for the season, so even just getting him back for August and September is huge.

    yeah that was weird. I feel for the guy, but he's his own worst enemy. He's clearly thinking that the umps are out to get him, so he's happy a call went his way after a long AB, but clapping your hands right there is basically throwing that [expletive] in the ump's face.

    So of course, the pitching that had been pretty damn good over the losing streak goes completely into the toilet when the Cubs finally remember how to score runs.
