    In this article, Ken Rosenthal says the Reds are shopping Dunn and may be willing to trade him for a good young pitcher. I thought this was pretty interesting: If we could get Dunn for Mitre and Wellemeyer, I'd definitely do it in a second, but I think the Reds would want someone else as well, probably Dubois.

    Nice 4 pitch walk to lead off an inning today in a pinch hitting role. Hopefully he gets the start tomorrow.

    Like someone said in the Transactions thread, I think Cedeno will eventually supplant Neifi as the starter, but Dusty always gives the veteran every chance to try and get back on track rather than give the job to the younger player. It's just how Dusty handles these types of situations, unfortunately. I think it'll be similar to the Hollandsworth/Dubois situation we had this season...hopefully the younger player hangs on to the job in this case.

    Maddux struggled in the first half last year as well and still won 16 games while posting an ERA of 4.00. I'm confident he'll do the same this year.

    The guy in the CSN studio reported that Wood went 3 innings and gave up 1 run on 3 hits while striking out 3 in his rehab start tonight.

    Does every MLB team need a representative in the ASG? If so, I'd say Sisco might have an outside chance, but Sweeney would probably be the first guy to go for KC.
