    Happ, Cease, they drafted Rizzo in Boston, Willy (not a pick but developed), Torres/Eloy we used for the exact reason they were signed as capital to add real MLB talent (argue about the return all you want). Didn't mean to leave Happ out. I don't count the IFA's, they went way over budget that year something you can't do in 2018. The truth is, teams are on a more even playing field now and other teams are doing better at finding talent than them. They made some great trades when we sucked

    Averaged 3.6 runs per game against 2 of the worst pitching staffs in baseball 2016 really had me sold that all these guys would be awesome by now as they hit their prime. I don’t get it. Outside of Baez, David Bote is the most exciting offensive player on this team.
