You might have too much faith in professional sports. Yeah, if he somehow manages to not get much jail time (hopefully hugely unlikely), I honestly would be kinda stunned if some team didn't sign him given how good he's been, unfortunately. horsefeathers, I wish I could say for sure I'd think the Cubs would never do such a thing, but... Do the Patriots need a closer?

This is a ridiculously good pitching matchup. Darvish is going to need to match zeros I think. Will need to have good ABs again to drive up pitch count. Sonny has not given up more than 6 hits in 31 straight starts. Record is 32 (thanks mlb.com)

You're griping about Cubs fans keeping track of a division rival who could easily keep them out of the playoffs. TMan is literally watching the other two games instead of this one. I can't imagine living my life as a fan that way I have a room with three TVs. I am living my life just fine, thanks.

IIRC, the Padres had their worst starter of the 4 going today. Yeah they have the SP edge in the next 3, Garrett Richards made his first start of the year since coming back from TJ tonight (think he’s gonna be good next year). The bullpens and offenses are both pretty evenly matched in that series. Padres will take 1-2. Paddack tomorrow.

i literally could not care what the brewers are doing, its all cardinals I mean I get your sentiment but the Brewers are exclusively playing garbage teams that are just trying to get their season over with. The Cubs could go 5-2 against the Cardinals and still get passed. Our nonsense with them caused this mess.
