    Wouldn't worry about it after 1 AB Oh I know i was just joking around but that is probably the first "bad" at bat i've seen from him, not being from chicago I only get to see the Fox, WGN, and ESPN games, although its on tv a lot not as much as the guys in chicago get comcast and stuff. Well depending on where you are, the Cubs game is probably going to leave you in a few minutes for the Yankees/Mets.

    Let me be clear - I did not see yesterday's game so I can't testify as to whether Patterson was as brutal in LF as has been reported, and I don't feel like Patterson should be sent down over one bad game. That said, I trust Lou's evaluation of players. He has a good track record in that respect, IMO, and he has not been afraid to sit fringe vets in favor of youngsters since he got to the Cubs. Just b/c a player is young doesn't mean he should be playing everyday in The Bigs and that we should all jump to be hypercritical of management when they decide not to play him. Oh he was brutal, every White Sox runner was sent on his arm and he couldn't throw anyone out. He also had a ball roll right through him leading to AJP getting to 3rd on a single. It was brutal. Call up Dubois. Kidding about that last part ;)

    ^^ Correct I don't blame him one bit for putting EPatt in his dog house. Yesterday's outfield might have been the worst all year: Patterson, Edmonds with 1 leg, and Ward. EPatt needs to go.

    Yikes, being blown out 2 days in a row really sucks I really really really hope it rains at Shea tomorrow so I can watch tomorrow's Cubs game on FOX.
