Even this forfeit lineup should be able to beat Zito: RF Fukudome SS Theriot 1B Lee CF Edmonds C Soto 3B DeRosa RF Murton 2B Cedeno P Lilly Zito's a lefty so I don't know if Edmonds will play, but we need some power in the lineup. -
Here's how I see it: What it ideally would be: Zambrano Acquired #2 (Sabathia/Burnett) Lilly Dempster Gallagher/Marshall What it probably will be: Zambrano Lilly Acquired #3 (Wolf/Maddux) Dempster Marquis Can Jim and Lou do this the right way, because I think how the rotation is constructed will determine this team's fate in October. Marquis has to go, I don't think I really need to explain myself. I would let the Seans fight it out for the final spot, and go from there. Thoughts?

Closers in non-save situations, it happens every time... the 4 run cushion will be enough though.

Not yet, but we are pretty much forsure going to lose 2 to the Giants (Cain & Lincecum) and the Orioles are garbage, no matter what their record is now, they will likely lose 90 games. Cain's been beatable this year.

My worry level will peak when they play like this when totally healthy. The starters haven't been too bad, (especially Marshall) but Lee and Ramirez need to get hot and stay hot for a while.

The past few years, the White Sox have pulled way too many players off the scrap heap and made stars out of them. Im not saying, Im just saying. Basically every team other than the Cubs (besides Edmonds) does it. We all know the Cards are the best at it.
