    What was everyone’s favorite non-2016 moment of this era, before it gets broken up in a few weeks? I think for me it was the Heyward and Bote walk off slams in 2018. Edit: ironically Heyward’s against Adam Morgan.

    Sad to see it end this way for this core of players. They were destined for much more than they achieved. But most of us still wouldn’t give anything for that one they got. That’s how I feel, at least.

    This team is done. Can’t stay healthy enough to score enough runs and the bullpen can’t save the awful starting pitching every night.

    Ortega and Alcantara give decent at bats most of the time. But I’m so tired of watching them instead of Hoerner and other superior players.

    This is why you have to find a way to win games like Friday and Saturday. Because you can’t bank on beating Kershaw. Hard to fault them too much though because they have a great record in one run games. Need to win 2 of 3 in Milwaukee. If Rizzo is out, we probably get to see Wisdom strike out 15 times this week.
