    Another great article by Bruce. What's so obvious to us isn't obvious to the front office and manager.

    Ozzie is the perfect manager that fits perfectly into that team and thier fans. You call him unclassy and he is! He is the identiy of all the whole Org. and thier fans. It's either fans punching 3rd base coaches or their manager calling newspaper columinst homophobic names. This is who the W.Sox are and if they can win like that, and are proud of doing it in that way then more power to them!

    But who? His GM is too busy swearing at everybody Ozzie's not swearing at. LOL! I agree! Winning makes everything seem alright. Eventually players aren't going to want to come play for Ozzie...

    I tell you it's fun to listen or gamecast watch Rich Hill AAA games because he is usually lights out!

    I watch the first couple of innings if Z or one of the kids pitch, but besides that I find this team unwatchable.

    He's a ticking time bomb that eventually will piss eveyone off. He's a short-term manager. Reminds me of Ditka, he was funny and refreshing at first then got on peoples\players nerves and was done.

    Marlins are up 3-0 today going for 9 straight...Wow Giardi is doing a hell of a job with a 14 million dollar payroll.

    Well the year isn't a total loss at least we discoved we have a shortstop for the future in Cedeno.

    Rothschild has to go also. Chris Spier has done a good job at 3rd base.

    Actually, I would like to see him go as well. I don't like his philosophy pertaining to free agents, which is a pretty significant problem. I only say he stays because the Cubs are making solid profits. He has nothing to do with the so-called profits. That would be marketing Director John McDonough. Who should be the only one who's job is safe.

    I agree...I find these past two years very troubling because Hendry seemed to have a firm hold on this team in 2003-2004. I think Hendry problem is he falls in love with his players. Rusch and Neifi should've never ever gotten 2 year deals. He should've never counted on Prior and Wood for the past two years. He was slow to get a leadoff hitters....etc. The list goes on and on...

    But you have to start somewhere and Baker needs to go. The fandom has lost confidence in him. Even if the Cubs wanted him back he's not coming back. Hendry will have his hands full next off season.

    I was thinking that a couple of days ago. Man this team is flat our terrible. It's sucks that it's only mid june and the season is over. I've paying attention to the minor leagues more then the Cubs. It's a car wreck of a year. When you see the Marlins win their 8th straight on a 14 million dollar payroll you just have to wonder when are the heads starting to roll?

    That would be the smart move. They can't until they hear back from the appeal process. Which prolly will be on Monday.
