Here are two trade ideas that I think are possible and would give the Cubs a solid line-up. Rich Hill for Milton Bradley Jerome Williams and Corey Patterson for either Shawn Green or Chad Tracy I don't mind giving up Hill for Bradley because I don't think he will cut it as a major league starting pitcher. Good hitters will just sit on his curveball. Its definitely possible that Bradley could be had for less. If so, great. I think Jerome Williams will be a solid #4 or #5 pitcher. However, I don't think Williams will ever be any better than that. You have to give something to get something. As for Patterson, I think he has a chance to turn it around. However, it probably won't happen with the Cubs. Lineup Possibilities: Pierre Bradley Lee Green Ramirez Walker Barrett Cedeno Pierre Tracy Lee Bradley Ramirez Walker Barrett Cedeno That's a very balanced line-up in my opinion. Power, obp, speed. You have Murton waiting in the wings to provide depth. I read this board all the time. Don't post very often. Thanks for reading.
