The trade that sent Koronka to Texas and brought Bynum to the Cubs was a very late spring training trade (as in the day before the regular season started, I think) in 2006. Following the 2006 season, Bynum was traded to Baltimore for Kevin Hart. Two separate transactions, but the net result was essentially Koronka for Hart. -

You read it right, but in Dusty's defense, it was the 16th, 17th and 18th innings out in San Diego yesterday. It's not as if he had an abundance of options; it was either Volquez or Cueto.
