    I've never really looked into it, are IBB not very common in MILB since it's more about development than winning games and the organizations will want the pitchers to go after all hitters? If not the 1 IBB for Javy is insulting.

    The thing about the Bears not mattering (in Chicago) and stuff was weird. Couldn't be more wrong. Yeah, maybe I'm wrong, but I think if you polled people that actually lived in the City of Chicago, the Bears would be number 1 out of all sports teams.

    Yeah, outside of championships, I can't think of one thing in all of my sports fandom that I want more than for Javy to be a superstar.

    Not that it really makes it better, but didn't it later come out that his reasoning is that he had been fired already (and was sticking on to sign the draft picks) so he didn't feel comfortable making roster moves.
