I would have to imagine a very large and unprecedented amount of money and/or a huge falling out with Ricketts would be the only reasons for Theo to leave this early. He's already had his dream job and won twice. Now he's at the ultimate ego/legacy job.

people can make a case for home field not meaning much in the wild card game, but I'd prefer just to get in 1st for the WC and stay there for the rest of the season (of course with the hope for the Cardinals to start dropping games left and right to make the division hopeful also)
