I want to say it was later like 2008 or 2009. I was at the Cincinnati game that we clinched the division. Fans stayed after the game waiting for the Brewers to lose for the clinch. We were singing it then and I remember it being a relatively new thing. I wanna so '07. I was at the game where they took the percentage points lead over the Brewers in '07 and they played it.
