    Whelp, don’t I look stupid. But I did t watch this game. So it evens out: I watched the game and completely missed his AB because it didn't happen, he was announced as PH (during a commercial break), when they came back from break Counsell was putting in Hader and then Bote was brought in.

    Seriously? While Madden has made some questionable moves at times, who really is producing at a good rate and not getting playing time? Bottom line is it rarely seems to matter who gets playing time lately. The whole team right now is very average at best. Very little timely hitting....or hitting period. Starters can’t pitch past the 5th. Relievers can’t get guys out. Defense has been less than stellar. Madden may not be managing at his best, but his players have been nowhere near their best for most of the season, save a couple of players. Yeah this team should be manager proof, Chili and Hickey have to go
