  1. Wait, with Pujols DHing, whos gonnna backup Lee? Is he gonna go all 9 innings  ??
  2. Anyone here who has MVP 2005, isnt the NL Jersey dark blue, and the AL Jersey is is orange? It's completely opposite..
  3. Abreu is amazing.

  5. If there was a pitcher's Home Run Derby, he'd win!!! I don't know...I think Hampton might have a say in that. What about Wood? He has 7 career home runs. And Hampton has doubled that plus one. But Wood would be a possibility. Ah, I did not know that. He (being a pitcher) had 7 HR in 1 season . Even though he was with the Rockies (who play at Coors) its still amazing.
  6. Meh, 5 Cards are still representing..
  7. i agree, if it aint broke dont fix it. hopefully this will only be a one-time affair. No, this is Selig. If it ain't broke, break it, then smash the pieces into tiny bits with a hammer. Then burn the little bits in a fire, and douse the fire with toilet water. Fixed it for you. LMAO!!

  9. Its hella hard to fill out the HR Derby Bracket @ MLB.com
  10. Yay, it only took 7 posts for that one to be used. Yes, Wood in the national league, but its not fully his fault he doesnt have a 15-win season yet. In 2002, his ERA was 3.66 and in 2003 it was 3.20. Right now, Matt Clement has 3.85 ERA, yet he managed to get 10 wins + 2 losses, and we're just getting to the all-star break. In 2004, Randy Johnson had a 2.60 ERA with 245.2 IP, but he only got 16 wins and 14 losses because of what?? crappy run support. It's not a pitcher's fault if he gets proper run support or not! I'm not a big fan of wins and losses of a pitcher, but I think the stuff that matters is ERA, innings pitched, WHIP etc..
  11. If he keeps it up, I'm seeing a complete game.
  12. Comebacker to Maddux. Inning over, 6-0 CUBS!
  13. Crap Delgado hit. Dont lose it now Maddux! You're doing great so far and keep it up!!
  14. Burnitz Ks. We lead 6-0 so who carez!! C'mon Maddux!!
  15. The ball gets through the legs Delgado. Error'd. Al Leiter taken out. This is the toughest part of relieving: coming in with the bases loaded and 0 outs.
