There's a video of him in the last Kfuk thread in the last couple pages that shows him throwing out a runner at 1b from RF. He has an absolute cannon. I heard his cannon arm is so devastating he could throw a strike to home plate and the catcher still get the guy out at first on a similar sequence. Now that Kendall and Barrett are gone, that is a possibility.

Apparently all offers are in, and Cubs are awaiting word like everybody else. The way these things go, there could be some last-minute negotiating and going back and forth. I believe the Cubs will top all offers monetarily. Then, it will depend on where the player feels most comfortable. Thanks! Optimism is as high as a kite. I love the off-season.

"Dice-K" isn't a nickname. That's how you pronounce Daisuke. Kosuke is pronounced "KOHS-kay". Or, if you prefer, "KOH-skay". It can be considered a nickname. That's all ESPN uses. And speaking of ESPN, Stephan A. Smith is preaching... My ears are starting to bleed so I'm done.

I agree When was the last time a new ballpark came out that was a cookie cutter? I'd say the last stadium built that was completely uninteresting as New Comiskey. Every stadium built or in the works since that stadium has at least a somewhat interesting design. Cookie-cutter isn't the right word for it, but Busch Stadium has really milked the "retro style with modern amenities!" teat bone-dry. Exactly. images It looks just like those but with fewer outfield seats and a wacky sail on top of it. Not really. The D-Rays stadium to me looks like the result of Kauffman stadium and Olympic Stadium after they mated. Kauffman has that sort of roundish design and Olympic has that tall ass structure thing.
