    How about a lesser package for Oakland's Daniel Mendgen? He throws with a lot of deception. He cooked off a lot after a hot start. He can sit in the minors until September and compete for a starting job next year.

    Giving up too much. I'm thinking Almora and Underwood because they need someone to play CF for Trout and Richards is dead. So that fills their needs. What would a legitimate unbeatable offer look like? Baez, Hendricks, Soler, Edwards, Vogelbach, Contreras, Schwarber, McKinney, Candelario and Underwood for Trout? It won't happen but could you imagine an outfield defense of Bryant, Trout and Heyward?
