  1. Don't tease me about this
  2. Pedantic arguments were ~50% of PSD "discussions."
  3. Lefties won't have a high batting average against you if you walk all of them.
  4. I'm surprised that they could read. They must have recognized the logo.
  5. " We made a very competitive offer." I would hope that somebody explained to them that the Asian market would open up to Cubs baseball like for no other team. They'd make every penny back +.
  6. Have to wonder why they keep throwing high to Nootbar
  7. Despite the score, it feels like they're losing.
  8. I am ready to watch the Cubs score more runs than the opposition tonight.
  9. The way that Gorman struck out will just make their high horse higher.
  10. Miles Mikolas puts ketchup on hot dogs. He also spells it "catsup."
  11. The story made me sad. The poor thing was eaten alive for the lols
  12. Cardinals fans eat this stuff up. Just when you thought that they rode around on the world's tallest high horse, this happens. They'll talk about this for generations. (To pass the story on because illiteracy) My dad is a Cardinals fan 😞
  13. Ian Happ swung and hit Willdo in the head on the back swing. The trainer couldn't stop the bleeding so Contreras had to leave the game. On the next pitch Mikolas throw up and in but missed Happ the Cardinal way. The following pitch was in Happ's back. Mikolas was tossed from the game and the Cards cried. Then we had to wait for both players to warm up.
  14. It would give me many happys if the Cubs can push the Cardinals into last place this weekend.
  15. I'd love to see Thompson get back to form.
  16. I barely remember the combination of Harry Caray and Jimmy Piersall. '77-'81 on Channel 44 WSNS but they played mostly at night. They were fantastic. I watch the Sox when the Cubs aren't playing but I don't pay attention to the broadcast.
  17. I hope that the front office is smart enough to realize that beating up on the Sox and cardinals is not a sign of accomplishment. This is fools gold. The Cubs are not a good team. It's fun to watch them win but we shouldn't be so delusional that we think that they're going to beat the braves and dodgers to get to the world series and win it with this team. It would be fun to see though.
