I hope they do creep up and take the division. Right now, we have 3 teams with no real interest in winning it, and the Astros really want to win. The Astros really want to win even though they are an average ~.500 team, like the three other teams ahead of them?

Maybe someone can answer this for me. Why does everyone make a big deal out of the loss column? I must be interpreting it wrong, because the way I see it is the Cubs have lost the same amount of games as the Cardinals in four less games. Why is that a good thing?
