He's a fill in...... and not a very good one, at that !! Why are they using fill in umps? Very liberal vacation time in the latest collective bargaining agreement. More times than not, you'll find the crew at your game has one of the regular's out. How much time do they get off? Not sure exactly..... but it's enough that they keep two dozen fill ins on the payroll !!! -
