    We talked about this a couple of weeks ago, but also Lou lifting Z after 80-something pitches in game 1 when he was cruising and saying he wanted to save Z to pitch on 3 days rest in game 4. Somebody said in the game thread of the first game of the 2008 season that at least Z was nice and rested after his last start.
