  1. Joniak and Thayers call of Hesters return was awesome.
  2. Well, the draft is in April. OTA's will pop up now and again. Training camp is 6 months away. It's a lot better than going through an offseason after a 5-11 season. Yesterday hurt, but I'm much happier having gone through a meaningful postseason run than doing what the Cubs typically do. This is true. Hopefully they sign Briggs and hopefully Grossman matures and improves. Man this sucks. I will say when Hester returned the opening kick off that was one of the sweetest moments. The bar I was at was just a freakin mad house.
  3. This sucks. Now we all have to wait 7 months for the Bears again. Ugh.
  4. I cant wait til all the comparisons are the '06 Bears.
  5. Super Bowl Sunday at last! LETS GO BEARS!!!!!!!!!!
  6. Officially 24 hours! LETS GO BEARS!
  7. This is gonna be a long 24 hours. GO BEARS!
  8. I hate you Mizzou basketball.
  9. One day! Im so freakin pumped. Tomorrow's gonna be awesome.
  10. It would be nice if we could win this and win at Iowa State so when kU comes to town we could have a chance at a .500 record in conference.
  11. Hahaha gotta love Gordon in there.
  12. I think that while the Colts return defense has sucked, I think they stop Hester this game. Unrelated, but I think the Bears have a big game running the ball.
  13. Many of the people in the media that I've heard pick the Colts actually are saying that they think the Colts are a better overall team right now. For example, I heard both John Elway and Chris Simms say this on the Dan Patrick show. Well personally I think the Bears D is better than the Colts, the Colts O is better than the Bears, the Bears special teams overall is better than the Colts special teams. That to me would constitute the Bears being a better overall team.
  14. By the way, does anyone else think the Bears are the better overall team, but the Colts have the strongest individual unit in their offense?
  15. Its more ESPN than anything that's picking against the Bears big time. For example, they just had a headling saying how could the Bears pull the upset. I could care less. Itll be even more entertaining if the Bears win to hear their excuses. Anyways, almost only two days. GO BEARS!
  16. http://youtube.com/watch?v=cFkx16UG-ag this video gets me really psyched for Sunday.
  17. That's ridiculous. NFL is looking really stupid right now for crap like this. Are they gonna tell bars next that they can't show the game cause they have too many big screens?
  18. I was gonna type something about another ESPN guy getting his facts wrong, but it's just not worth it any more. So instead I'll just say three and a half days, YES!
  19. When I first saw ATH, I thought Woody Paige was the worst one on there. Now I think he's one of the better ones on there, because he realizes his own ridiculousness. Bill Plachke doesn't. Around the Horn is the worst show on ESPN. Almost every one of those guys is an idiot whos just there to feed their own egos.
  20. John Ritchie-officially a moron. "The Bears offense just doesn't score. And its because of Rex. He doesnt know how to read the defense. The only reason they score is Devin Hester miracles and the defense." Congratulations on making all your observations based on the Arizona game idiot. Seriously, how can ESPN employ guys so stupid?
  21. Yeah for real. I worked as a painter this summer and I remember listening to the radio, with all the talk from Training Camp, from the TJ Ced Benson contreversy, to all the talk about Super Bowl or bust. And its all paid off right now. A great, great feeling. Exactly. I remember them talking about how Briggs was demoted to second string after skipping voluntary workouts, and then Vasher threatened to hold out if he didn't get a contract extension. Seems like so long ago... Man I completely forgot about those situations. The whole Vasher and Briggs situations were so stupid at the time and now they even more trivial. How far we've come.
  22. Yeah for real. I worked as a painter this summer and I remember listening to the radio, with all the talk from Training Camp, from the TJ Ced Benson contreversy, to all the talk about Super Bowl or bust. And its all paid off right now. A great, great feeling.
  23. Thank goodness for WGN down here or Id get no local coverage of the Bears. Annnd some of those reporters from media day are fine as hell.
