The 1-9 RISP is the typical reason we lose close games on the road. No, it's the run scoring doubles that are clearly the problem, you fool. Obviously putting up 2 runs in this launching pad isn’t going to win you games, but it’s just an infuriating way to give up runs.

Phillies get 3 of their 4 runs thanks to Happ dropping a pop up and two out doubles scoring runners from first. horsefeathering annoying.
