    Yes, but Eyre's contract gets in the way. If he refuses to go on the DL, they either have to trade or release him. They aren't likely to be willing to eat that money for this year and next year unless they absolutely have to-they'd rather keep him, hope he gets better, and then either keep him or raise his trade value. :x Holy cow, Omar. I just saw that you are in Romeoville. My father-in-law always jokes that I have that town "wired" 'cause my batchelor party was at Crazy Rock (I think that was the name) and we won money ever time we went to the OTB (which is now closed). I even have a Spartans t-shirt. Yeah, just moved here couple months ago. Nice place.

    I don't know why "media love" matters at all, but for what it's worth, ESPN's started pronouncing his name right (as opposed to Tear-ee-ott) and calling him The Riot, and Tim Kurkjian says he's a very talented ballplayer and really likes him playing every day and leading off. Fox pronounces Angel Pagan's first name as "On-hell"
