Very justified criticism of Haberman's reporting on Trump is a tale as old as time.

A friend from college, who still lives in Iowa, sent this tweet to me this morning with the take "Joni needs to stay committed to her ideas." My suggestion in reply: "Perhaps Sen. Ernst should actually *have* ideas. What does she stand for other than staying a US senator so she doesn't have to live amongst the constituents she likely despises?"

What a pair, Iowa. Nicely done.

Pharma is running an ad blitz against price-capping (of course). They are playing the "if the government controls costs, how are we poor drug companies going to afford to cure cancer. YOU WANT YOUR PARENTS TO DIE FROM CANCER? DOO YOOOOUUU???"

Rick Scott tried to pull that same line Sunday.

They’re honestly the only pair that makes me slightly nervous in the rankings.

Braun and Young, plus the first statewide abortion ban post Roe. Indiana is the worst.

This is going to be the strongest test of the "Ah. Well. Nevertheless" tweet yet. But the tweet is undefeated.

I am not an attorney or judge, but I imagine they teach you it takes A LOT of evidence to raid the home of a former president in law school.

Heavy speculation this is about national archives documents and not necessarily about J6. Still bad, but not quite as bad as it could be.

I don’t see how you execute an FBI raid at a former president’s house unless there is a lot more.

They requested the docs a year ago. If he didn’t give them everything, it’s a very serious federal crime. Trump has a peculiar sense of ownership. And he lives in a universe only tangentially related to the real one, he may just think they’re his. He’s been clearly told they belong to the country, but may not care. He probably cares now. But this type of stuff also lets him play the victim so he might have ignored the request daring them to come and take them.
