Judging the actions of those officers in the video, I think just being arrested for assaulting an officer would be one of the least negative outcomes of interfering. I'd be terrified they'd yank me out of the car and start bashing my head against the ground too.

After being caught in the act, I'm somewhat surprised they didn't take the phone, destroy it and make up some bs justifying it by claiming they felt threatened.

Yeah, as great as it sounds in theory to jump in and help the victim it's only going to result in the same thing happening to you. Filming them is really the best thing they could do there. If there is a second phone available I would call 911 and let them know their pigs are out of control though.
