So I assume that means Kilian is the 27th man for the DH and Wesneski is here to stay with Keegan on the IL.

It could mean either. Thompson's injury and the DH means they need two starts this week, and Wesneski pitched on Friday so he wouldn't be a good option for Tuesday. They have an extra reliever right now anyway with Espinoza taking Thompson's roster spot, so there's flexibility. That said, if I had to guess I think you're right. If you're adding Wesneski to the 40 man to let him start Wednesday, I think he's probably a bit more 'ready' for taking several rotation turns at the MLB level.

Crawly was wrong, though I would still assume Kilian gets Wednesday

The new scheduling tweaks are gonna take some getting used to. Only one trip to Busch(would be 2 but for the London games), and series against every AL team.

Yeah its weird to see Milwaukee start and end the season but only 2 other series throughout the year. I don't hate it...sick of playing the reds and pirates a billion times a year but it will take some getting used to.

Yeah, I think I like it. It makes sense, too, if you're going to have so many wild-card teams they should be playing the same schedules for a fair comparison.

That stretch from the London games to the ASB is kind la brutal, especially since they gave the team's two days off on the way to London instead of on the way home. Otherwise though, looks pretty balanced? No super easy blocks no super hard ones, at least as teams are currently constructed.

I like the fact that the Cubs will be in Oakland every other year rather than every 6th year. Much cheaper tickets there than in SF.

I like this new schedule, wasn’t there some series recently where the visiting team hadn’t been to that stadium in like 12 years? It’s good for fans of teams in other states to go see their teams more frequently.

That too, though I don’t mind taking Bart in to SF.

I have a direct ferry to the Giants games, which is pretty sweet.

2023 managed to have no Baez or Rizzo return to Wrigley and no trip to the Rangers new park.

the ferry is nice but it does take a while. Vallejo? Bart is ok on the way too but after the game is kind of a hassle as compared to having the station right there.

I'm hoping it players I wont care about, but it's inevitably going to be someone important and I'll just become more disillusioned.

I was totally going to say McKinstry and Rucker. Based on them saying 3-4, I'm wondering if one is a fringe roster player.

Alameda. It's a short ride, but we do have to wait a while to board.

When I used to take it, I'd usually grab a beer after the game somewhere to let Bart clear out a bit. Like you said, trying to get on right after the game would be awful.
